We guarantee our plants for a period of 5 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate and the plant has not been pruned. 

Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
 
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at HappyLittlePlantsAZ@gmail.com and provide images of the plant within 5 days of delivery.
 
You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate and pot back to us for an 80% refund including return shipping. 
 
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.
 
It is recomended that the plant and root not be disturbed for a minimum of 5 days after receipt. It may take longer for the plant to acclimate to your home climate. Any damage or declining health of the plant after 5 days is determined to be due to the care conditions in it’s new home. We would be happy to provide advice on care if you notice your plant in declining health.
